London Sales Manager

We are looking for a sales manager with experience in working in the creative sector.

The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering the sales strategy for the London Studio. This will include co-defining, driving and achieving the annual sales target by coordinating and activating all outbound & inbound sales activity and associated people – inside and outside the studio. This will require working with Executive Producers and Creative Directors to form targeted strategies for outbound communications with new and existing clients.

  • REPORTS TO: Head of Production in London
  • LOCATION: London
  • CONTRACT: Flexible Remote Full-time (40 hours/ week)

Responsibilities:

  • Co-define, execute and own TS London sales strategy
  • Manage, own and drive CRM – proactively keeping opportunities warm
  • Manage and own TS London sales pipeline
  • Outbound email campaigns and social media outreach to new and existing clients
  • Operating LinkedIn profiles for our senior team, managing messages to and from connections, building a relationship with them and trying to move that conversation on to something more meaningful
  • Supporting the production of thought leadership content, publishing it and working hard to drive engagement around that content
  • Coordinate content generation to lead sales activity with Marketing and Creative Directors.

  • Using data to re-target connections and stimulate conversations
  • Managing inbound– directing enquiries to the most appropriate internal resource for bidding or optimising continued conversation/s

Day-to-day tasks:

  • Coordinate sales meetings and processes.
  • Outbound emails and linkedin messaging
  • Coordinate EP and CD sales engagements
  • Work with marketing team on assets required to engage our clients
  • Ensure all bids and proposals are approved and meet the required standards before they go to clients.
  • Asset distribution to team.
