The business had grown organically since their first store opened in 1993. As a result the brand was in need of a definitive set of guidelines to help them define themselves consistently across all markets. Our solution was a digital and printed brand book to communicate their approach both internally and in stores – from how they look, to how they want their customers to feel.

Part of the work involved product photography and illustration guidance. We created a series of shots detailing how their own brand products should be captured and suggestions on how they should use illustration.
Territory created a standout window display to promote a selection of revitalising products, commissioning illustration and producing all in-store materials.
