Due to the great success of the New York restaurant it was important to retain as much of the look and feel as possible whilst refining certain assets along the way.
Territory helped Keith McNally’s revered New York restaurant, Balthazar, translate over the pond to Covent Garden, London. Our role was to create all the branded assets for the restaurant and accompanying boulangerie following the original aesthetic a closely as possible. Balthazar has been a tremendous success and a great addition to the already vibrant restaurant scene in London.
