When the CEO of Thunderhead wanted to invigorate both the company and industry by transforming the way CRM software is perceived and used by marketing directors, he turned to us. With an ambition to change perceptions, he wanted a more above-the-line statement approach to the brand communication and asked us to create a vision piece that explained the company’s joined up marketing message across channels. Our challenge was to articulate the problem and the solution through a short animation, combining live action with motion graphics, that would sit on the homepage of their website. With the aim of positioning the company as the most dynamic and future facing in the sector, we devised the creative treatment and scripted the piece together with the client. With an ambitious concept that sought to demystify CRM and connect solutions with success, we shot and directed a live action green-screen sequence, and created extensive CGI animation to wrap around it around it for delivery on Thunderhead’s website.
