What is Sexual Harassment?

- Unwelcome physical contact such as touching, hugging, massaging, or kissing.

If You Experience or Witness Sexual Harassment
We are here to support anyone impacted by sexual harassment. If you experience or witness behavior that may constitute sexual harassment, we urge you to report it promptly. You can report incidents to Territory Studio’s People team (hellohr@territorystudio.com) or another designated representative. All complaints will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly and thoroughly.
Our Approach to Addressing Complaints
Territory Studio is committed to resolving matters swiftly and supporting all involved. We will not tolerate any retaliation against individuals for raising concerns or participating in investigations. If a violation of this policy is confirmed, appropriate action will be taken which, depending on the severity of the offence, may include:
- Warning that continued provision of your services to us will cease if you act in a similar way again. Should your behaviour recur, you will be informed that our use of your services will cease. Any criminal acts will be reported to the police, and we will share information relating to the incident with our other branches to ensure that we maintain a consistent approach to the cessation of your services.

False or Malicious Complaints
While we encourage the reporting of any genuine concerns, if it is found that a complaint was both untrue and brought with malicious intent, appropriate action may be taken to address this behaviour.
