The Role
Territory Studio is looking for a Sales Manager with cold calling experience ideally working in the creative sector. The successful candidate will be accountable for collaborating with the Executive Producer on the sales strategy for the San Francisco Studio. This will include co-defining, driving and achieving annual sales targets, by coordinating and activating outbound and inbound sales activity with associated team members to the studio. This will require working with the Executive Producer to form targeted strategies for outbound communications with new and existing clients.

- CONTRACT: Full-Time, Exempt (40 hours/week)
Job Description
- Work with the Executive Producer in SF, Business Manager in London and other members of the global sales team to define sales strategy for the San Francisco studio
- Manage, own and drive CRM - proactively keeping opportunities warm. Must be comfortable with cold calling
- Share responsibility for managing Territory Studio’s San Francisco sales pipeline with Executive Producer
- Perform outbound email campaigns and social media outreach on LinkedIn or other platforms to new and existing clients
- Monitor LinkedIn profiles for the Executive Producer, helping to manage messages to and from connections, building relationships on the platform and advancing discussions in the sales pipeline
- Support the PR team with the creation of thought leadership content, publishing it and driving engagement around that content
- Analyse weekly marketing and sales data from the London sales team to re-target connections and stimulate conversations
- Manage inbound new business inquiries, directing them to the most appropriate internal resources for bidding and optimising continued conversations
Daily Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekly sales meetings for the San Francisco studio, and coordinate efficient sales processes
- Manage outbound emails and Linkedin messaging
- Coordinate the sales activities of Executive Producers, Creative Directors and other members of the leadership team
- Collaborate with marketing team on case studies, event targeting and quarterly emails that will engage potential new and existing clients
- Ensure all sales decks and case studies are approved and meet the required standards before they are sent to clients
Key Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of sales support experience generating your own leads and owning the outreach, ideally in a creative environment
- Proficiency using sales software to track outbound and inbound conversations.
- Experience using LinkedIn for outreach a plus
- Excited by the prospect of driving new business through agencies and brands
- Enjoys working as a team and will collaborate with the Executive Producer to close business
- Passionate, excited and motivated by exponential growth
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, teamwork and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships both internally and externally, with a client- and customer-focused approach
- Strong computer skills with proficiency working in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Social Media platforms
