The Role

The Marketing Content Coordinator will be managing the creation of case studies for the Territory Studio website by gathering assets, creating image galleries and editing reels. This is a part-time role and requires an organized self starter with a creative eye and video editorial experience.

  • ROLE: Marketing Content Coordinator
  • REPORTS TO: Studio Leadership
  • LOCATION: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - in office/remote)
  • CONTRACT: Part-Time, Non-exempt (less than 30 hours/week)

 

Job Description

  • Coordinating and editing reels, and showcasing project video and images for Territory Studio web case studies
  • Working with artists and Creative Directors to gather key assets for each project 
  • Continuous upkeep of the central content library (assets: reels, videos, images etc)
  • Liaising with client legal and permissions teams for content sign-off/approval
  • Coordinating internal photo/video shoots
  • Ad hoc duties to support the marketing team and the wider business, as required

 

Key Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience and editing video content required 
  • Demonstrated organization skills with project/asset management are key
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms
  • Multitasker, with the ability to adapt quickly
  • A self-starter with a high level of initiative and creativity
  • Experience with Wordpress, Photoshop, Premiere Pro required
  • Experience with After Effects a plus
  • Videography skills are desirable
