Who are you

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of client satisfaction. You will work closely with our clients and creative teams, building strong relationships that drive project success.

The right person will have a solid understanding of motion graphics and be ready to take ownership of their projects, with room for personal and professional advancement as we expand. This role is based at our London Studio, and involves a hybrid work schedule with at least 2-days-in-the-office per week.

Territory Studio is a creative specialist with a unique approach to motion design, visual effects, and digital experiences. Drawing on deep expertise in narrative design for film, games, and brands, we blend creativity with technology to deliver compelling work that pushes boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope, resource, and set up projects effectively

  • Deliver projects on time and within budget

  • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams

  • Manage and support the creative team on a project basis

  • Identify project growth opportunities through effective scope management


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in client management

  • Strong communication skills

  • Solid experience of managing multiple concurrent projects.

  • Solid commercial awareness

  • A measurable track record as a Producer in a similar environment, such as design studio, production company or creative agency.

  • Considerable experience managing budgets, keeping these within agreed financial parameters.
