Debuting at RazerCon 2024, the release film for Razer’s new flagship gaming headset, the Kraken V4 Pro, was a perfect blend of Razer's signature playful, frenetic energy and a product feature presentation conveyed through thoughtful motion design that speaks to gamers at the pace they expect.
We began by working with the product prototype to understand the fuctions, haptics, and materials used in both the headphones and OLED control unit firsthand. From there, we crafted a storyboard that balanced both the personality and the exciting technical features. The resulting piece vivifies the tech, making it lifelike and its features bold in a dynamic way. The video was designed to be simple to adapt for web, social video, and various other ratios for mixed use.
