Sony Pictures Entertainment approached Territory’s San Francisco team to design and animate screen graphics for their new feature Bullet Train. The high speed action film follows trained killer “Ladybug” (Brad Pitt) as he embarks on a rocky journey to collect a briefcase aboard the world’s fastest train.

Territory was thrilled to be part of the ride and delivered over 120 assets to define the identity, style and feel of the fictional train company Nippon Speedline (“NSL”). Graphic elements were always featured in two languages to connect with Japanese and international audiences. A Japanese cultural advisor also joined the team and was instrumental in making sure all Japanese designs and characters were accurate.
