Territory teams up with Chevrolet to design impactful UI
Read MoreWorking in close collaboration with General Motors’ key stakeholders, we refuelled the design of Chevrolet’s latest truck UI, defining the animation language and transitions for the interface. This unique, visual language for Chevrolet Included the 3D vehicle visualisation of the truck and the gimbal, illustrating real-time pitch and roll angles. All designs were integrated seamlessly into a motion reel and presented alongside a slick, welcome animation that breathed new life into the timeless Chevrolet symbol.
Ubiquitous and iconic, the Chevrolet ‘bowtie’ takes a digital form with circuitry depicting tiny LED-style lights that mesh and render together to form the classic emblem. Complete with the metal-look shine on the border, the specially designed sequence takes drivers on a journey into the component parts that form the complete piece. As the light-emitting pixels get closer together, the camera pulls away, and the completed emblem is clear.
