City of Shadows (original title Ciudad de Sombras) is a 6-episode Spanish Netflix crime-thriller released on December 12, 2025. The series follows suspended detective Milo Malart (Isak Férriz) and deputy inspector Rebeca Garrido (Verónica Echegui) as they investigate a series of brutal, ritualistic murders targeting high-profile individuals. We worked closely with the Netflix team to create the on-platform artwork for Ciudad de Sombras, shaping a visual look that reflects the show’s dark, gritty take on Barcelona. The goal was to let the mood of the series lead the design, leaning into tension, and atmosphere, so every asset felt true to the story and its characters, no matter where viewers discovered the show on the platform.
