Territory Studio partnered with Oculus to create a vibrant visual language marketing the Facebook technology brand across different social media platforms. The project saw Territory create an enigmatic trailer as well as deliver a brand toolkit for vendors to create inspirational content to inspire, provoke, and excite consumers.

Defy Reality Campaign

Territory built an energetic trailer for Oculus to promote a new line of VR titles. Swift animations and shape-shifting parametric font glide into view as different clips of gameplay are revealed.

Territory created all transitions and edits, as well as building an enhanced 3D Oculus logo with frosted texture that sweeps across frame at the close of each clip. Distinct colors and tones were selected to match individual VR titles. Clips were exported in different aspect ratios to suit various social media requirements.

Go Places Campaign

Territory was tasked with building a design and motion toolkit for Oculus and its vendors to create new marketing material. The toolkit features a diverse set of practical solutions, designs, and kinetic typographic animations enabling the creation of unique content shown to amplify Oculus messaging across different media platforms.
