Design Blur at Clerkenwell Design Week
We kicked things off in London with Design Blur, a studio-hosted series of talks in collaboration with legendary industrial designer, Tom Dixon. Over three evenings, we explored how motion, interactivity, and narrative are transforming public spaces, from museums to retail. It was a celebration of interdisciplinary thinking and the power of design to shape how we move through the world.
Cannes Lions: A Creative Look at AI
At the Cannes Festival of Creativity, our Executive Producer Luiza Cruz-Flade took the stage to draw parallels between the dot-com boom and today’s AI revolution. Her talk, alongside Brad Jones, ECD at Mojo Supermarket, and Tiffany Rolfe, Global Chief Creative Officer at R/GA, invited us to reflect on the lessons of historic revolution and how they can guide creative industries amid today’s rapid evolution of emerging tech.
Space Tech Expo USA: Storytelling Beyond Earth
Creative Director Russ Gautier joined a visionary panel at Space Tech Expo USA in California alongside Star Trek’s Rod Roddenberry, Voyager actor Garrett Wang, as well as leaders from NASA, JPL, and the aerospace field. Together, we explored how cinematic design and immersive UI are transforming the aerospace industry, examining what lies ahead for mankind at the frontier of space and storytelling.
SXSW London: The New Age of Game Cinematics
Meanwhile, Creative Director Ryan Jefferson Hays spoke at the debut of SXSW London on the evolution of video game cinematics. From stylized storytelling to real-time pipelines, Ryan charted the road ahead and how a new visual language is emerging to engage the next generation of players.
