Figure is the first-of-its-kind AI robotics company bringing a general-purpose humanoid to life. Its brand is built on the principles of innovation, best-in-class engineering and a commitment to the advancement of robotic technology.
To help launch the company out of stealth mode, Figure came to Territory to create a motion graphic video that establishes the brand look, reveals a prototype product model, and presents its entry to the market.
The sequence tells a story of how the study of human movement and behaviour can inform and influence the development of robotics. In order to moderate a predominately mechanical subject, the sequence blends the metaphor for human movement in the form of energy lines, with the mechanical development process, as they influence the assembly of genuine production blueprints of prototype ‘Figure 1’.
